Open mic nights at Coffee Works always feature a wide array of great local talent. August 24th was no exception as we had a packed house of performers. Along with regular favorites like Camille Peruto, a surprise performance from Ike’s John Fey and several students making their final performance of the summer before returning to college for the Fall semester. There is no shortage of talent that shows up every Tuesday night for the Coffee Works Open Mic. Some really stand out as exceptional and Camille Peruto is one of them. Camille is a 14 year old singer songwriter who comes out every Tuesday night with a new song. She has won awards at school and now she is making her way into the local music scene. She just played her debut showat Coffee Works and the crowd loved her. We were there to capture the moment. Watch for her to come back and make plans to go out and see her. You’ll enjoy her and her songs.
